...and I’ll tell you, not only what it means, but how to achieve it….that is, if it’s about real estate in Nevada! In my more than 25 years of professional sales, I have spent a significant amount of time in every one of the 50 United States. My base was the magnificent city of Chicago until 15 years ago when my family and I chose to relocate. Northern Nevada was our dream. The achieving part of a dream requires a lot of answers.

When you move to an unfamiliar location, you need timely answers to a plethora of questions. You must have a relationship you can trust to provide you with unsolicited information as well. My name is Carole Gauler. Call me CG. I love Northern Nevada. I was born in Chicago (a long time ago). Grade school, high school, college, married, children, bought and sold two businesses and many, many pieces of property--- this all this took place in or within 30 miles of downtown Chicago. It was time to make a move. We chose Reno. Since moving here 15 years ago, I have watched as this area has gone through incredible growth. I belong to professional groups that keep me abreast of new business developments and the residential areas popping up everywhere are on my weekly schedule.

As a doting mother and grandmother, I keep informed about day care schools, recreation and healthcare. As an energetic wife and friend, I have a list of theatre attractions, special events, spas, great old restaurants and new trendy ones. As a concerned citizen, I volunteer to keep us safe, healthy and informed. As a dedicated realtor, I work for you.

Currently I am working with a retired couple relocating from Denver who want a small house with two large bedrooms, a dog run for three, room for roses and close to shopping. They will move here in a few weeks. Another client wants to do a 1031 exchange with his commercial property in California for commercial property in the Reno/Sparks area. My first time buyer is excited about his offer being accepted on his condo. An investment in vacant land was the choice of a gentleman who wants to retire here in 10 years.
